Mark Lovekin Picture Hi, I'm Mark Lovekin. I have an Accounting and General Management background.

I've created a SIMPLE method for handling ALL daily matters (emails, meetings, phone calls, tasks, goals, paperwork, interruptions and even private matters). It boosts teamwork and morale better than I imagined. Here's what users say:

Linda Kristjanson

  Professor Linda
Kristjanson, Former AUSTRALIAN Business Woman of the year.

  "It's truly brilliantly
SIMPLE and illuminates my choices."

Peter Heinrich
Peter Heinrich has managed small/medium/large businesses across Australia.

"Customers & Employees are HAPPIER, business is UP 67% in 3 months
($25m to $42m/month), quality is up 20%, same 50 staff."

Jayne Richardson
Jayne Richardson runs her own business in New Zealand.

"I now realise what a hold my EMAIL INBOX had on me and what a clear mind is."

Keith Spence
Keith Spence currently chairs a number of Boards, formerly CEO of Woodside.

"It delivers obvious team benefits, BUT don't undervalue it's power for individuals."

Paul Kilpa's comments are indicative of employees: "It buys me many hours with efficiencies and better choices. Surprisingly, people's attitudes towards me have improved and vice versa."

DOES YOUR TEAM 'WANT' TO BE ORGANISED 1ST? ... NO WAY!

Most people THINK they're organised or are DEFENSIVE about being dis-organised,
so next to no-one will put up their hand to be 'Organised 1st'. Whereas, when provided to the whole team as a workplace stress preventative, then no-one takes personal offence and all can benefit directly and indirectly. Here's an example of a manager's initial email to their team:

"To help us cope and thrive more easily in these increasingly demanding times, I've enlisted Mark Lovekin from 'Organised 1st'. There are many personal & team benefits to suit us all. Mark will be in touch with you soon with the details."

To engage people, I first ask each person which testimonial would suit them best.
  • Most team members choose Paul Kilpa ("It buys me MANY HOURS").
  • Most managers choose Peter Heinrich ("Employees are happier, business is up 67%").
  • Also popular is Jane Richardson (emails in control).

DOES YOUR TEAM 'NEED' TO BE ORGANISED 1ST? ... YES!

All teams need to be Organised 1st. Here are some points for you to consider:

  • What's your # 1 team goal? Will it be more reachable when the team's Organised 1st?
  • Most of your team have emails in their inbox (email 'letterbox') older than 24 hours?
  • Some of your team feel a bit stressed there is too much to do (they may not admit it)?
  • A few of your team carry distracting work issues home in their head of an evening?
  • Some of your team feel that a colleague's inefficiencies is causing them stress?
  • At your team meetings, some struggle to be totally focused for the full meeting?
  • Sometimes people are so overwhelmed by emails etc that they virtually do nothing?
  • Sometimes a lack of organisation or focus causes some lost opportunities?
  • Some people who think they're well organised still often rush around or stress a bit?
  • At times, people spend too much time on actions that aren't geared towards key goals?
  • Some of your team work from their email inboxes, which have a hold on them?
  • Interruptions irritate people at times? A customer's call has even been treated like one?
  • What's your # 1 daily frustration? Will it improve when the team's Organised 1st?
You have a good team already, they will just thrive more easily when they're Organised 1st.

IS IT RELATIVELY EASY TO BE ORGANISED 1ST? ... YES!

Just 3 hours to put my method into practice. I arrange a time to suit each person, to learn over the internet,
at the convenience of their own computer. Damien Miles (a HR Mgr) sums it up:

"I thought I knew it all, but this was highly recommended, so I tried it on behalf of the business. I was blown away by my instant benefits. This will become THE STANDARD across businesses. Plus the brief online 'active' learning session is a very impressive way to start. You put the full system into practice during it. Give it a go!"

After the initial learning session I continue with 1-on-1 coaching (phone, email and online) for as long as each person desires, to fine-tune it all to best suit each person. Some people need next to no help after the initial session and some people need lots of help thereafter.

There's no new software to load/learn, as people simply use their existing software. Plus users find my method incredibly simple, so on average there's not much coaching required after the initial session. Therefore I'm able to give a low fixed price. The fee for the 3 hour session, plus my 1-on-1 ongoing coaching is just $530 ex gst, per person.

To get the ball rolling, please ask me any query at all: Mark.Lovekin@Organised1st.com

I NOW ALSO DO SOME GUEST SPEAKING

Recently I've also had some requests to be a guest speaker. Everyone has enjoyed them, so I'm up for more. I call my talk "STONED MANAGEMENT", covering;

  • How and when did businesses lose their minds?
  • Some critical elements for personal management of emails, meetings, phone calls etc.
  • A powerful life changing moment of clarity for all attendees ... plus a bit of fun.
If you'd like me to present at your work luncheon, email: Guest.Speaker@Organised1st.com
  1. About 50 minutes and a crowd of 10-100 works best. NO FEE for me personally.
  2. Outside of Perth, I ask you to pay my travel costs, which is usually less than $600.
  3. Within Perth, I ask you to donate $200 to Autism West or your favourite charity.
  4. It suits managers/teams. An Accounting firm also asked me to present to their clients.
  5. People enjoy the presentation which includes only about 5 minutes of self-promotion.
